Abstract :
As we know many proposed cryptographic techniques which use Identities or Attributes for encryption and decryption of message. These techniques apply Shamir Secret Sharing (SSS) on given threshold value of attributes to decrypt the message. In this paper, we developed a new cryptographic scheme which is based on attributes and having a threshold value but there is no need of secret sharing scheme to decrypt the message. This paper includes both Identity-Based Encryption (IBE) as well as Attribute-Based Encryption (ABE) together to perform encryption and decryption on secure plain text.
