Innovative approach to inculcate essential Management attributes

Post Graduate course viz. Management course inculcates the attributes that are to be assessed for every student. These attributes include ability to investigate, Ability to network and resourceful, independent and critical thinkers, subject specialist, confident, excellent communication skills, collaborator, adaptable etc. are the area of concern. The presence of necessary management attributes guarantees success of a student and is gauged by assessing course outcomes of students. This paper proposes an approach to identify the in competencies in a management graduate by identifying the weak students who do not possess the attributes. The paper also suggest the means to improve the gap during the course delivery.
