Abstract
The paper describes a research model that enables students to fit into an environment that focuses on growth towards maximizing the efforts in the field of engineering. The idea proposes to translate conceptual ideas of cognition for the functionality of the engineering environment. Such information can be used by educators in designing new teaching methodologies that would finally converge to adaptive and personalized study. The paper shows how the approach has been hitherto applied to some of the courses at The LNM Institute of Information Technology. In order to achieve the vision the paper introduces a number of novel concepts and a model. The paper´s essence lies in designing a curriculum that imparts intellectual freedom to students.
