Design and modeling of reconfigurable beam reflectarrays for radar weather applications

This paper describes reflectarray antennas with an innovative design and modeling technique. The objective is to separate the radiation part from the phase shifting part to shield the structure and to allow more space for the phase shifter. Another priority is to reduce the time of simulation and allow fast computing of different states of the phase shifter.
