Abstract
For over a decade, the data requirements of e-Science applications increase drastically with the emergence of data-intensive applications. The efficient usage of these complex applications that involve the composition of services horizontally, but also vertically across multiple networks, demand a guaranteed level of quality of service to be provided. At the same time user requirements remain strict on not overburdening users with too many configuration tasks and deep knowledge of the underlying components. Aiming to provide the means to employ multiple cloud services for collaborative e-Science project in this paper we explore the possibilities of the zero touch provisioning concepts used on top of a dedicated on-demand establishment of direct customer-provider routes within the European Research and Educational Network - GEANT.
