Abstract :
The Full route energy cost metric is intended for use in mobile ad hoc network (MANET) protocols. In the early stages of design of a routing algorithm for robotic orbital and on-planet systems, it is necessary to determine the computing algorithms of metrics. The proposed metric computing algorithm was developed as an attempt to replace statistical methods, based on ratio of the lost packets from neighbors, to the measurement methods of physical factors causing packet loss. The proposed metric also takes into the account transfer time with the signal power required for transmission on each route segment.
