Web availability by simulation of selected parameters of power loads

The paper suggestion is the aim to inform about the base characteristics that define accessibility the web of the public statements. These requested results from present legislative instruction, what creates the legislative frame of using in the information systems have influence to the public administrations. In meeting these requirements the creators use various techniques of web applications, processes and procedures. In this paper we have chosen approach known with the method of providing the access to web through use of the performance tests that are executed on the operated hardware. The required determination of the parameters and execution of operations in the tests results confirmed the appropriate hardware design of the testing settings of the web. We introduce the reader obtained results from performed test solution under registered resp. non registered users in the system. From the received results of the dependence we are introducing those we had obtained from defined parameters, of which we have chosen the time dependence of the answers of the web server throughout the changing of loading. This parameter we consider as dominant in establishing of the web project SLOV-LEX.
