  • Abstract
    Biological metabolism has always been one of the basic areas of life science research, the modeling and analysis of the metabolic network is the common research method. In order to simulate the metabolic networks more intuitively and accurately, hybrid Petri net is applied for modeling. Based on the requirements of metabolic networks, new steps of modeling has been proposed and used to simulate the Krebs Cycle. The modeling process is more convenient, and with the help of SNOOPY, the simulation of metabolic process is much more achievable. Confirmed by experiment, the simulation results are correct.
