Abstract :
The feedback on the implementation of Lean confirms a gap between the “real work” and “prescribed work” and a negative impact of Lean on employees in terms of stress. These results allow considering in practice, ergonomic interventions to ensure the effective functioning of Lean while preserving the mental health and safety of operators.
