  • Abstract
E-NOSE is basically used to detect and classify the Object with different odour. Our human nose is more sensitive, with many qualities like exact recognition of odour, but E-nose sensors do not get the “flu” or get fatigue. Further, the E-nose can be used in any hazardous situations to detect toxic gases that humans may wish to avoid. Sensors can detect toxic carbonmonoxide, which human nose cannot identify. Recognition odour of the electronic nose is the main mechanism for each sensor of the e- nose system. The array of sensors has a different sensitivity for the different gases, e.g. the 1st gas may have high response on sensor, while the other sensor is having a low response and this is t same with the 2nd gas generating high response of the sensors and is not sensitive on the 1st gas, ultimately, the entire sensorarray has different response pattern for the different gases, and the difference enables the system to be identified in accordance with the response of the sensor.
