Abstract :
The intelligent substation has the characteristics of the intelligent primary devices and the networking secondary system, which has greatly improved its controllability and observability. The change of the secondary system of the intelligent substation makes the traditional fault diagnosis algorithm difficult to adapt it because the traditional fault diagnosis algorithm doesn´t take the influence of the network and IED into account. Based on the question that mentioned above, this paper builds the basic fault diagnosis model of the intelligent substation in which the primary system uses the Bayesian Network to find the fault components, analyze the protection relays and circuit breakers´ operation and the secondary system uses the expert system to explain the devices´ status and give a final diagnosis report via the fusion of the primary and the secondary system diagnosis results. Moreover, it analyzes the inference mechanism of the fault diagnosis of the secondary system, and tests the correctness of the model through a case.
