An analysis on the inclusion of photovoltaic in Brazil: Technical and economic aspects

This article presents the context of the Brazilian energy matrix, distinguishing the investments in generation using renewable energy. So is performed a quantitative analysis on the inclusion of photovoltaics in several countries, as well as incentives for the inclusion of this source in Brazil. Finally, stand out studies on the radiation potential in the country, changes in the price of electricity and the cost to invest in photovoltaic generation. Through these data the inclusion of photovoltaics is discussed, analyzing technical and economic aspects of this issue.
