Abstract
Nowadays, the issue of food safety has become a social problem that is of great concern to the public throughout the world. It is essential to strengthen the construction of food safety culture in enterprise to alleviate above problem. In this paper, Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) is applied to construct the hierarchical structure model of food safety culture and analyze the factors which influence the development of food safety culture. On the basis of ISM, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied to determine the weights of the factors. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of food safety culture is built, which provides a decisive theory for effective development of food safety culture.
