Abstract :
Sina Weibo is the most popular social network in China. Most of the studies on Weibo are focus on the author identification or user identification. Finding the related user ID of a given user ID from every aspect of Weibo user ID is rarely studied. This paper proposes a Weibo Related User Identification (WRUI) approach which can give top ten similar Weibo user IDs of a given Weibo user ID. It is the application of entity resolution and data mining is used in WRUI. WRUI may be used in preventing rumor spreading and public opinion monitoring.
