  • Abstract
    In aluminum electrolytic process, the performance evaluation of aluminum production management play an important role in improving the economy and objectivity of management. It´s very necessary to construct an assessment system. In this paper, a performance evaluation methodology for aluminum electrolysis is proposed. An optimization model based on multiple weights combination and interval weights is established to determine the optimal weights of evaluation system. In addition, the ideal solution, the negative ideal solution and the relative degree of approximation are determined by TOPSIS to evaluate performance ranks. Finally, the empirical research study is given to demonstrate that the evaluation results are more coincident with the reality and the proposed model´s effectiveness.
