Abstract
Task allocation is a critical problem in the process of task management. Accurate and realistic task allocation model will help to improve the whole system effectiveness. In this paper, priority-based sequential task allocation model in Multi-Agent System (MAS) is studied. The precedence relationships among tasks and priorities of tasks are obtained base on their properties. Then, the sequential task allocation model is developed and a searching strategy is designed to find the optimal task execution order with minimum time cost. The results of simulation indicate that the allocation approach is reasonable and feasible under the developed model; the optimal task execution order proves the developed model and the searching strategy have great extensibility and utility.
