Abstract :
Compared with platform inertial navigation system, strap-down inertial navigation system has advantages of small volume, low cost and large algorithm flexibility. But, its performance will be influenced by angular motion of the vehicle. Combined with the advantages of strap-down inertial navigation system and platform inertial navigation system, a platform bench strap-down algorithm-inertial navigation system is investigated in this paper. Firstly, the principle of the proposed system is described in detail. Secondly, the error equations of the proposed system are deduced. It is analyzed theoretically that the performance of the proposed system won´t be influenced by the vehicle rotation. Simulation experiments are designed, the results of which validate the efficiency of the proposed method.
