Software design and implementation for monitoring and diagnosis system of diesel engine

The paper aims to design a kind of data acquisition and display software which can serve the monitoring and diagnosis system of diesel engine condition. The system uses Client/Sever structure whose lower level is data acquisition system and upper level is PC software. The PC software supports man machine interaction and Ethernet communication with collection software. It can also analyze the pressure data signal from data acquisition module and carry out the data storage. Moreover, the software realizes the function of pressure data calculating and data display, meeting the demand of monitoring and fault diagnosis of diesel engine.
