Abstract :
The propagation characteristics of the acoustic wave can usually be used to measure some thermal parameters by the way of non-contact. This paper proposes a new method to track the acoustic path by forward deploying triangles, which is based on the geometric acoustics and the Snell´s law for moving medium in order to understand the impacts of the two-dimensional velocity field of tangential boilers on the propagation characteristics of the acoustic wave. Besides the finite element method was used to established the model of a tangentially boiler´s velocity field. The simulation indicates that acoustic refraction can´t be discovered obviously in the tangentially boiler´s velocity field, however it´s cannot be ignored that there exists a greater impact of the speed of the mediums on the flying time.
