Development of Serbian higher education corpus

Knowledge revealed by sentiment analysis of student generated contents on higher education can be used to improve the operations of higher education institutions. But higher education in Serbia lacks necessary resources for implementation of sentiment analysis. This research is focused on the creation of the relevant linguistic corpus written in Serbian language. In this paper the undertaken steps: data collection and preprocessing of retrieved content are described. Furthermore, an overview of the resulting corpus structure is presented.
