Stakeholder Analysis of Ecological Environment Protection Projects

Ecological environment protection projects are important to improve the ecological environment of the region. Based on stakeholder theory, this paper puts forward three attributes, such as power, behavior predictability and benefit and judges stakeholders of ecological environment protection project in China according to three attributes. This paper analyses the fuzziness of the three attributes, establishes necessary and sufficient conditions for judging stakeholders, and illustrates the results of the evaluation results through the example in China.
