Design and Application of Employment Education Online Platform for College Students

To break down major barriers, this paper sets employment as orientation, summarizes key technology field from post group and divides key technology field into key technology module. Then, key technology module is further divided into key technology points to form the whole technology knowledge system to be embedded into system to realize resources sharing. An online teaching platform which faces employment education is further proposed. The functions and framework of platform are put forward according to business model. Meanwhile, online teaching and aided teaching module are designed and realized to present operation of networked teaching platform with specific application samples. Results show that platform combines teaching with management to improve teachers´ creativity to the largest extent. Meanwhile, it also improves students´ professional attainment as well as professional ability and reduces difference from learning in school and working in company.
