Abstract :
A combined substation monitoring system based on ATT7022B and RS-485 was designed in this article. The monitor terminal communicates with each other in a cascading fashion through RS-485 bus. The data about electrical parameters and switching value were collected to send to the monitoring center in order to realize the function of remote control and collect meter reading. Also, the article shows the design of anti-interference, software on communication and PC interface design. The method of clock calibration is designed to ensure the accuracy of event record processing, charge accounting and so on. The test results indicate that the system is stable, accurate and has a high application value.
