  • Abstract
    An analytical method is put forward to study the shrinkage and creep effects of concrete on widened T-beam bridge, important formulas are deduced to analyze the stress and deflection of the old and new T-beams, which are connected together to construct the widened bridge. Take a 20 m span widened bridge as an example, the height of the new T-beams are analyzed specifically to disclose the law of the effect of shrinkage and creep on the deflection and stress of T beams.
