Abstract :
Braking performance is one of the important performances of vehicle active safety. Accurate and efficient detection system for braking performance is of great significance in improving the security of automobiles. The detection system is based on graphical programming language Lab VIEW and aimed at a flat slab automobile brake tester. It uses NI PCI-6251 cooperating with board connectors to gather the data. It realizes real-time detection of the data such as wheel braking force and others. According to the latest national standard 7258-2012 GB, the system actualizes calculation of braking force balance by programs. Experiments show that the system is reliable and stable, and it features with accurate detection, intuitive interface and convenient debugging.
