University Innovative Personnel Assessment Research Based on Neural Network

Feasibility of innovative personnel assessment based on artificial neural network is demonstrated. The university personnel quality assessment model based on BP neural network is put forward and based on the BP neural network model, evaluation index system of university personnel quality is established. Then these corresponding personnel quality evaluation indexes are transformed into quantitative indicators, making it as an ideal input data of neural network training. It shows that the neural network method can fully absorb the expert judgment experience and makes more accurate judgment.
