Abstract :
The tooth tip leakage of permanent magnetic synchronous motor (PMSM) with the similar slot and pole number is relatively large, which not only reduces the output torque of the motor, but also causes the motor torque ripple. Therefore, it is necessary to analysis the its influence on the torque and restrain it. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of PMSM with the similar slot and pole number, a kind of stator iron core structure comprised with oriented silicon steel sheet is presented, which will decrease the tooth top leakage effectively, as a result of that, the torque ripple is reduced. In the end, the finite element soft is used to prove that the method is correct and effective.
