  • Abstract
According to the structure and dynamic process of the parallel multi-segment long primary double-sided linear induction motor (DSLIM), the motor parameters may change with the secondary position, which directly cause the stability of electromagnetic thrust. It is difficult to meet the system control requirements for the dynamic characteristics of the speed loop in the case of impact. In order to solve the two problems, this paper adopts the direct thrust control as the traction control strategy to achieve the smooth control of the electromagnetic thrust. Aiming to solve the problem that the electromagnetic thrust fluctuation in the process of the step change, a multi-motor coordination control strategy based on linear interpolation method is proposed. Through the coordination control of two partitions, it can ensure the stability of the electromagnetic thrust during the motor step change process. The simulation results verify the truth of the presented control strategies.
