  • Abstract
Based on the inverse effect of magnetic controlled shape memory alloy (MSMA), a vibration sensor, which can convert mechanical signals into electrical signal, is developed, and an induced voltage model of vibration sensor is proposed in the paper. Induced voltages are calculated respectively when excitation force has different frequency and amplitude, the calculated values is agreed with the measured data very well. Induced voltage peak-peak value increases with the frequency and amplitude of mechanical force. Research results show the correctness of induced voltage model and the feasibility of MSMA vibration sensor application.
