Abstract
The continuously deepening of higher education reform and rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) brings an urgent requirement for engineering education in China. Excellent Engineer Training Program (EETP) is an important engineering education plan to explore novel university-enterprise cooperation based cultivation method. This paper presents a comprehensive study on the exploration and practice of cooperative cultivation mode for EETP in NJUPT, which has achieved remarkable results.
