Abstract :
An algorithm for correcting Low-Level Direct Drive (LLDD) test data to its equivalent external Electromagnetic Environment (EME) is proposed. The algorithm solves a simple bi-criterion optimisation problem to minimise the surface current variation between scaled LLDD surface currents and high intensity radiating field (HIRF) surface currents. An example using a fighter aircraft is used to demonstrate the algorithm.
