  • Abstract
    This paper presents an objective video quality tracking scheme in streaming at the sub-pixel level. So far, as many objective quality measurement methods are focusing on counting the number of lost packets or the number of reconstructed frames, the result is so rough that it is hard to measure the degree of distortion precisely while streaming and hard to trace the effect of the propagation error. However, the proposed scheme can trace the video distortion and even propagation effect at the pixel level.
