Mobile live video on demand for social groups

New emerging Internet applications allow users around the world to interact and share information very quickly. Multimedia consumers become as well producers of live or recorded Internet multimedia content. On the other hand, with the advancement of mobile technologies, geo-location tools are becoming more integrated into everyday technology and services. This paper presents a new Live Video Streaming system with location support. Our solution gives web users the capability to request live video streams from other mobile users, anywhere. This way, every connected phone becomes a potential live camera for any person to use on demand.
