Abstract
Access to standardized and open data is vital for a full analysis of the Romanian public health system. Ministry of Health has published data on the situation of Romanian hospitals, pharmacies and medical staff, but the information is hard to be processed, due to its unstandardized formats. This article describes how the data provided by Ministry of Health are transformed into RDF triples, providing an open and standardized format. Also we use online services to add other properties and to link our dataset with other relevant datasets. The novelty of this article is that it publishes the data about the Romanian public health system in RDF format, allowing third parties to develop applications and creating a bridge of knowledge across domains and datasets.
