Abstract :
Process capability indices are tools that measure how much of the process products are in accordance with the requirements considered by the manufacturers and customers. When the quality of the products depends on more than one characteristic, multivariate process capability indices are applied. As it is known, in some circumstances we are faced with imprecise data. So, we apply fuzzy logic to describe them. Here, we assume the specification limits, target value and the data collected from the process, all are imprecise. As a whole, the present article provides a research of the application of fuzzy logic in multivariate capability vector.
