Abstract
Atherosclerosis is the main cause of heart attacks due to the excessive accumulation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) molecules in the inner walls of arteries. To reduce drug side effects and risks of open surgery, drug encapsulated nanoparticles (DENP) can be helpful. Architecture, computing power and functionality of these particles are designed so simple such that they can penetrate to the inner walls of the arteries and preventing the growth of atherosclerosis plaque. Very limited capabilities and local computations in the high uncertain human body, are major challenges in this area. This article proposes a method for swarm learning of nanoparticles to estimate the drug release function dynamically based on the environmental conditions. Our nanoparticles as interval agents set their outputs according to their memory and feedback from the environment. Results of the proposed method shown in terms of the LDL reduction time, ability to detect healthy tissues and controlling disturbances.
