Abstract :
On behalf of the members of the Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 9th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication Systems, ICSPCS´2015, Cairns in the far north of Queensland, Australia. We hope that like previous years, ICSPCS´2015 brings together researchers and scientists from academia and industry in cognate areas of signal processing and communication systems to present their latest research results, exchange new ideas, forge new collaborations and establish new research networks.
