  • Abstract
    The well-designed green waste electrical recycling logistics network should not only consider the recovery efficiency, but also consider the negative impact of logistics activities on the environment, and therefore a good balance logistics efficiency and impact on the environment is the key. In this paper, environmental quality and logistics efficiency as the optimization objectives, using Carbon caps punishment cost and incentives cost to build a recycling reverse logistics network optimization planning mode, then put forward the green logistics network design and modeling steps, and use the LINGO study to analyze the data, which can provide an important reference as a decision-making, whether to join the carbon quota market, for enterprises.
