Development of computer technology based on cloud, and the popularity of mobile devices, provide a new method for the innovation of learning style, this approach can use mobile learning to sum up, mobile learning has overseas situation of the important characteristics of continuous learning, this paper analyzes the existing mode of study limitations and the advantages of mobile learning model, gives the design of mobile learning platform based on cloud computing, and describes in detail the platform includes overall design the system architecture, composition of common interface module, such as the design of the content.
