This volume is a result of very fruitful discussions during four international events, namely: (a) International Symposium on ?Knowledge Engineering for Decision Support Systems (KEDSS)?, (b) International Workshop on ? Intelligent Techniques and Technologies for e-Learning (iTeL)?, (c) International Workshop on ?Knowledge Engineering in eHealth, (KEeH)? and (d) international workshop on cloud computing (CC).
