  • Abstract
    In this paper, we propose a new communication system for Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). The concern with an efficient use of the TV White Space (TVWS) has been growing. We investigate the communication system by using the TVWS in order to improve the spectral efficiency for ITS. By using the TVWS, it is possible to obtain an decentralized effect owing to the division of simultaneous stations into the channels. By computer simulations, we show that the proposed system with double bandwidth can provide more than double performance.
