Abstract
The Au-SiO2-GaSb film sandwiched structure was modeling in the software of FDTD method. The optical properties of this structure are investigated by FDTD method, and the simulation results demonstrate the transmission, reflection, and absorption spectra for this structure. By comparing the absorption spectra of the simulation results, we found that the surface plasmon resonance is related to the thickness of the SiO2 dielectric layer. The absorption peak wavelength decreases with the increases of the SiO2 dielectric layer thickness.
