Abstract :
In this paper, the power supply of a full bridge series-load resonant DBD type ozone generator is analyzed in detail under phase-shift control. The working modes of the circuit in two main states is obtained by combining the on-off state of power switches and the equivalent circuit of DBD type ozone generator. The experimental results indicate that: the series-load resonant power supply of ozone generator not only can realize the soft switching, but also can adjust the discharge power of ozone generator by changing the phase-shift angle under phase-shift control strategy. The series-load resonant power supply is therefore very suitable for ozone generator.
