Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of training investment and Communication on Innovation, and the mediating effect of employee participation, so as to improve the innovation and competitiveness in organizations. With a sample size of 1470 in 32 sectors, regression analysis was used to test the direct and mediating effects. Findings reveal that Training investment has positive effect on innovation. Moreover, the relationship between training investment and Innovation was mediated by employee participation. This study may aid organizations in developing a strategic direction for investment in HR, and provide practical criteria for future development. Implications of these findings for both theory and practice are discussed.
