On the Mechanisms for Balance of Interests in Conversion of Scientific and Technological Achievements from the Perspective of Game

On the basis of the analysis of the connotation and causes of the conversion of scientific and technological achievements and balance of interests, this paper firstly analyzes the ability of all parties games in the conversion of scientific and technological achievements, combines the construction of game model with the innovation model and successful experience in the conversion of scientific and technological achievements made by Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter. Chinese Academy of Sciences, and constructs the mechanisms for the balance of interests in the conversion of scientific and technological achievements: the intellectual property system, interest distribution mechanism, interest incentive mechanism, and cooperation conversion mechanism.
