Abstract :
Seat motor is one of the potential electromagnetic interference (EMI) sources in automobile. Based on the principle of Seat motor and the generation mechanism of EMI, its EMI characteristics are tested and analyzed. The EMI suppression methods are proposed. A filter circuit is designed for micro-motor multipoint grounded wide-band EMC and the interference characteristics are tested and analyzed. It shows that the designed filter suppresses the electromagnetic interference more effectively. It can inhibit differential mode and common mode interference signal, improve the filtering performance, Its conducted emission and radiated emission are lower than the lever limits of EU (European Union) standard EN 55014-1:06 A1:2009 A2:2011.
