Abstract
The Proceedings of the IEEE Chilecom2015 is presented. The Conference was very successful, held down in Santiago of Chile, from October 28 to 30. The papers came from 17 countries, most of them from Latin America. Accepted papers were 202 of 256 received. This Proceedings includes the Cover Page, Forewards, Table of Contents, Program Committee, the organizations, the Conference Activities and the papers in the technical Session.
