  • Abstract
    In this work is presented the implementation of a mechatronic system for fault diagnosis under unbalance and misalignment using state observers, based on the mathematical model of a rotor bearing mass system (SRMC), known as Jeffcott rotor. The model signals are obtained by means of two inertial measurement units MPU6050 and for the data acquisition the development board STM32F407VG is used. The state observer is implemented in Labview, furthermore the human machine interface in Matlab is designed. Finally some experiments in a Laboratory setup show the performance of the proposed design.
