  • Abstract
Most of phenomena in different areas of telecommunications engineering can not be represented by linear models, as the case of satellite systems. Its main problem is the limitation of power due to the wireless long distance link. This paper proposes to use a model by using Volterra series on adaptive filters Least Mean Square (LMS) and Recursive Least Squares (RLS), in order to compensate the signal distortion in the no linear region of the Amplifier Traveling Wave Tube (TWT). These filters have a high computational cost, and in many cases has prevented its deploying, against this, the mathematical model of Lasso is used to reduce the polynomial degree with the direct effect of reducing the computational cost. Additionally, we used channel equalization and the model of Saleh for power amplifiers with different modulation schemes, in which we verified the versatility of the independent method constellation size used in the modulation.
