  • Abstract
    This paper presents an analysis of the Brazilian Regulation on Distributed Generation for the national power system. This regulation is in charge of the Agencia Nacional de Energia Elétrica - ANEEL, the regulator authority for electricity sector in Brazil, that made it through the Normative Resolution N° 482, approved in April 17, 2012, adopting the model of net metering. It also presents the implementation results of this regulation for Brazilian power system.
